Free Care Options Call (about 15 minutes)

A no‑pressure conversation with our Citywide Mental Health Care Team (not a clinician) to understand your options, your insurance coverage, and whether we’re the right fit to help you feel more like yourself again.

This call is for you if:

  • You’re 18 or older and currently in California

  • You have Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, or are open to paying out of pocket

  • You’re dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or related issues and think meds might be part of the solution

We’re not able to bill Medi‑Cal or Medicare at this time.

On this call, our Care Team will:

  • Confirm your insurance or discuss cash options

  • Make sure your situation fits what we do best

  • Answer logistical questions about starting care

  • If it’s a fit, book a full telehealth evaluation with our nurse practitioner

We don’t give medical advice or change medications on this call. It’s simply to see if we’re the right home for you.
